a. Service Provision Process:
Customers contact us through the business information listed on this Website, we will consult and provide necessary information about service packages suitable for Customers (Basic Package, Standard Package, Premium Package or Other Custom Services).
We provide services in Market Research, Product Promotion Planning, establishment and management of Customers' sales pages at Amazon. When reaching mutual agreement, both parties will proceed to conclude and implement Service Contracts with detailed terms.
b. Service Provision Activities:
Transaction conditions; standards, quality, and quantity of services; provision methods; Service Fees, refunds, warranties, transportation, delivery, rights and obligations of each party and other terms related to service provision will be implemented according to written agreements between us and Customers in the form of "Contract". Contracts will be concluded with terms appropriate to each service type and specific requirements of each Customer.
c. Payment Methods:
Customers can pay Service Fees via bank transfer to our bank account.
